I hold Tennessee 16-Hour Certification in Intro to Fire and Emergency Services Training. I respond to and assist with emergency fire call scenes. I assist in equipment and vehicle repair and upkeep with the department to maintain emergency readiness. I operate hoses, pumps, ladders and other firefighting equipment. I've participated in fire drills and other training in the use of firefighting equipment to maintain readiness. I've maintained training in the operation and deployment of hoses, pumps, ladders and other firefighting equipment.

I follow the attending physician and chart patient encounters in real-time using the Cerner Millenium EMR system. I record various vital information like chief complaint, history of present illness, review of systems, past medical history, social history, family medical history, disease risk factors, medication record, and known allergies. I also detail the physical exam, including pertinent positives and negatives, noted abnormalities and patient general condition. I also update the physician on completion of orders and on lab or radiology results. I assist the nursing staff with patient discharge instructions and discharge medications.

I was involved in the preparation, management, organization, inventory, and tracking of COVID-19 vaccine vials (Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson) and related supplies (syringes, needles, PPE, sharps containers, mobile refrigeration units, IT equipment, etc.) for mobile vaccination personnel teams driving to and from assisted living facility & homebound patients for the initial vaccine rollout. I transported vaccine vials and supply throughout the state of Florida at a moment's notice to fulfill short-notice and other orders for vaccine sites erected during initial rushed statewide vaccine efforts. I also maintained mobile refrigeration units for vaccine transport.

I supervised census field enumerators that worked door-to-door, and I reviewed their work. I utilized training guides and materials furnished by the Census Bureau for group training sessions for newly on-boarded enumerators. I conducted personal observations of enumerators as they worked in the field and conducted on-the-job training and performance reviews.

I oversaw and directed store customer sales representatives, deposited daily monies, audited and reconciled cash tills, transported and consolidated store inventory, and serviced and handled commercial customer accounts. I developed and nurtured lasting relationships with regular local clients through dedicated and detailed assistance with vehicle problems and customer needs.
