  • Directly managed 7-9 projects at a time all around the Kansas City Metro. This included several subcontractors, along with 12 direct reports. We produce over $3.75 million per year on residential and commercial projects such as fiberglass pool installations, pool houses, covered structures, paver and concrete patios, and outdoor living elements.
  • Defined, implemented, and trained our team on production processes.
  • Responsible for reviewing engineered and architectural plans.
  • Created and implemented processes for the sales/design team to effectively design and bid projects. I also utilized my knowledge of Microsoft Office to help develop an estimating excel doc that the sales team used on a daily basis.
