• Apply Mold Powder during casting
• Setup of dummy bar head for Width of sequence
• Operate all tundish car movements
• Pack mold prior to cast
• Operate overhead crane
• Apply ladle sand for ladle bombing
• Manual mold level control through stopper rod
• Setup of EMLI mood level control
• Enforce all safety procedures and documentation of any violations or incidents
• Manual chemistry and temperature samples
• Housekeeping
• Maintenance as required and aid during outages
• Work as a team
• Work in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations
• Operating forklift

• Entering Data into Microsoft excel as well as all the Microsoft software
