  • Restructured and re-established events department, in entirety.
  • Brainstorm and implement creative event concepts and themes including, but not limited to, creator and head of Speakeasy Program.
  • Manage administrative logistics of events planning, event booking, establishing run of show, organizing various auxiliary vendors and activations.
  • Coordinate schedules of up to 30+ staff members and manage timelines for events.
