  • Turnaround Principal - In my first year as principal, Jennings Creek Elementary School exited all TSI categories and achieved the most growth in the district (out of 15 elementary schools).
  • Turnaround Principal - In my first year as principal of Jennings Creek Elementary, we improved from an indicator score of 37.4 on the Kentucky Summative Assessment (just below red indicator/CSI) to a 61.3 indicator score (just points away from green).
  • Turnaround Principal - In my first year at Jennings Creek Elementary, Math, Reading, Science, Social Studies, and Combined Writing all Significantly Increased in regards to proficiency scores on the Kentucky Summative Assessment.
  • Culture Builder: In just two years at Jennings Creek Elementary, we were able to obtain Leader In Me Lighthouse Status.
  • Defined and enforced student academic achievement standards in line with district goals and objectives.
