• SalesForce CRM Administrator
- Overseeing the structure, layout, and data of over 250,000 record objects.
- Managing daily batch data jobs, plugins, and record audits in order to maintain the highest level of data integrity.
• Data Analysis and Reporting
- Interpreting Google Analytics traffic and conversion data, SalesForce data, and metrics from outside marketing vendors with the goal of accurately reporting all of our reportable metrics.
- Applying reports and data to recommend copy and campaign changes.
- Building dashboards and reports to display marketing and sales performance. Daily, monthly, yearly, year-over-year comparisons, and ad hoc reports.
• Lead Nurturing / Marketing Automation
- Using CRM information to pre-schedule nurture emails to stagnant leads.
- Creation and management of our “Reheat” program has led to a +10% increase in company sales and is comparable to Marketo/Pardot/Autopilot’s capabilities in terms of ROI, time saved, and impressions.
• Lead Processing / Sales Support
- Append all marketing tracking information to inbound leads and upload into our CRM.
- Distribute leads based on quality, client history, and work load to our capable sales staff.
- Writing workflow rules, email alerts, and automated triggers to increase communication efficiency.
• Customer Appreciation Program Lead
- Selecting customers for participation in the program.
- Working with logistics partners to ensure the customer gift kits are assembled, shipped, and delivered on time.
-Tracking all activity generated as a direct result from the Customer Appreciation Program in our CRM.

- Intermediate-level general IT support (hardware and software).
- Writing generic and industry-specific copy for email campaigns, websites, brochures, press releases, blogs, and online ads.
