My experience includes a position as a Team Lead, which has taught me how to adapt to my surroundings and perform to the best of my ability. I have been with Target since July 2022 and became a Team Lead in 2023. During this time, I was also a full-time student and played college baseball. This experience of putting my head down and overcoming challenges has greatly influenced my drive and commitment. It has given me not only a clearer understanding of what I want out of life, but also a passion for pursuing a career in engineering and making a difference. While my experience on paper may seem limited, it certainly does not reflect the breadth of experiences I have gained through life and my educational journey.
