- Manages Construction Superintendents and bridges the gap with the Project Management team, as well as the sub-contractors. At peak, had 8 CSs at the same time.
- Holds the CS team to high standards. This is evident in handoff to asset management, as punch lists continue to shrink with each new site.
- Has been involved in over 20 projects thus far, at various stages or through the entire build.
- Hosts critical meetings for Commissioning and Closeout, where the group comes together identify obstacles, levy support, and meet site milestone dates.
- Enhancing quality inspections and SOPs for all CSs nationwide; reshaping over 40 company templates and creating key milestones for Deployment Operations.
- Mastered Terratrak racking systems. However, easily able to pick-up and understand new systems.

- Managed the full build of Rumford Solar.
- Guided the workflow between subcontractors doing the work on site, documented all deliveries of equipment, and performed daily quality, safety, and environmental inspections. In some cases, there were more than 40 workers at a time.
- As someone with no construction experience, still managed to be proactive and make decisions that saved tens of thousands of dollars in logistics between contractors at Rumford Solar, with the support of the PM.
- Additionally, as the first direct bury site in Maine, successfully supervised to completion. Rumford was one of the few sites in Maine that had zero direct bury issues after construction.
- With steady timeline, challenging subcontractors, and detrimental weather events, was able to effectively and efficiently manage this site to a successful mechanical completion, so much so, that it was followed up with a ribbon cutting ceremony with the town that very summer.

Accomplishments
This year, CED decided to make a change to quality in the field. It was decided to place the mantle of quality back on the CS team as the Quality team shifted to commissioning. Through my experience in the field, and seeing the challenges to come, the opportunity was ripe form me to seize in pushing for standardization across the board when it comes to quality inspections, milestone inspections, as well as general requirements for the field team to be structured around.
