Currently I supervise assigned to develop special transportation services for buses annually by creating efficient routes and schedules based on student IEP. Supervise a total of 64 routes special education bus drivers and monitors. Coordinates with campus facilitators and the special education office to maintain optimal levels of communication and customer service. Create spreadsheets using Microsoft excel for monthly reports and annual state reporting, Microsoft word to create memos, Microsoft PowerPoint to create presentations for district meetings and adobe pro for route descriptions and other Routing documents. Provide successful work by research of documentation by using district software in a fast paced atmosphere. Mentor and trained newly hired special needs routing foreman’s. Devoted emphasis to punctuality and working to maintain outstanding attendance.
