Crews of up to 15 to 20 on larger sites.

Delegation, documentation, ordering, and coordination, all while still being expected to be fully on tools every day.

Provided technical guidance to electricians regarding complex wiring diagrams or schematics.

Trained apprentices on the proper use of tools, techniques, safety procedures, and blueprint reading.

Conducted regular meetings with employees to discuss any issues or problems related to their job duties.

Full print layouts of installations provided via BlueBeam on every job.

Out of town work when required but cutting this down to a absolute minimum with my Autistic little man starting home school.

• Facilitated coordination with customers (BAS Contractors) and general contractors to implement the installation of low voltage BAS systems, focusing on HVAC Controls. All the way from inventory to troubleshooting, and commissioning.

My son was born in January 2020, well before his due date.

We were at the NICU for several months with him on machines. Work had been slowing down anyway, and relationships were deteriorating, so my wife and I decided that we needed someone to stay home with our son, with his health and the pandemic in full swing. Luckily, we were able to make that happen since she had a decent job that she was finishing her last year at, and some money put back. During this time, when I've had spare time, I've worked with a friend of mine who does remodeling, as well as study my electrical materials.

Traveled to Customer sites (Service Contract and new construction) Mainly HVAC Controls at Hospitals and College Campuses along with Security Access at some manufacturing facilities.

Some of the Hospital Contracts were Extremely Large doing multi-story top outs and dozens and dozens of systems. Regular Heavy interface with Customer/project managers and Sub-contractors in regards to integration. Installation, testing and Commissioning.

Deep low voltage troubleshooting on service calls.

Finished up a very large, multi-story top-out at a hospital in downtown Nashville.

Installed all branch conduit work throughout.

Coordinated with the BAS contractor for proper installation within project timelines.

Mostly Demo and remodels for large commercial call centers in Brentwood.

Majority was conduit branch work, troubleshooting, and trimout.
