Did all the ordering for my department as well as two other departments, (uniforms, supplies, etc). My job also includes, using multiple systems (Order Facilitator, Kronos, Paycom, Cerner, Staples and As400) at a time. I attend several meetings with the state to make sure we were update with regulations. Added in new physicians into the programs we use and handle multiple reports daily. I was the super user for the systems within the department. I have a outstanding relationship with office staff from the surrounding doctors offices and I speak with several Physicians to ensure the best quality for their patients. I made sure to help with teaching my peers in different departments as well as my co-workers on how to use certain systems to better their work environment. I took incoming calls from Doctors offices and explained benefits to the staff that would call. I processed claims and referrals.
