Responsible for all programmatic move-ins for The Crossing Facility. This includes Program Agreements, Proof of Income, and compliance folders for STAR participants, as well as room placement in Scribe for New Life Program participants ▪ Scribe Data quality assurance o Includes all necessary intake documentation and processing ▪ Verify the collection of all program fees and security deposits ▪ Verify monies received from program participants is accounted for ▪ Prepare the weekly cash deposit of program fees for the Accounting Department ▪ Notify Case Management when program fees are past due through alerts and the Incident Reporting system within Scribe ▪ Refund program fees to participants who are entitled to a full or partial refund per program policies ▪ Implement departmental goals and objectives. ▪ Coordinate room readiness for participant intakes with Maintenance and Custodial staff with the expectation of a prompt turnaround time to maximize the facility ▪ Enters, reviews and uploads Background checks to Scribe ▪ Supervises HMIS process for STAR ▪ Runs lead on all audits pertaining to the STAR program including, HUD, City and County of Denver, FHLB, and any internal audit ▪ Manage vendor relationships that pertain to the operations of the Crossing such as Onity.
