Risen to the challenge of learning new lines of business when life has took me in a new direction of work.

Golden Coke Bottle Award

The Golden Coke Bottle award is a rare and prestigious honor hand selected by the CEO of Coca-Cola United when they feel it is warranted.

I received this award in 2016 for going above and beyond the requirements of my duties as an employee.

Little did I know that making small talk and helping a kind lady in a grocery store after I had completed my work day would lead to her Emailing my CEO.

Some months after the day I didn't really think much of, my name was called out in a meeting. Our plant manager began to explain the events that led to me being hand selected as not only the first person in our facility to ever receive the award but the first person in our region to receive the coveted golden bottle. He then went on saying how he and the plant manager in Chattanooga had a bet going who would have someone get one first. That was a proud day for me. to my knowledge when I have spoke with my old plant manager no one in our region has received the award since. I have thought of giving it to my old plant manager as it seemed to make him more happy than it did me, but it is currently sitting in my home office in a bookshelf.
