Work to organize electrical workers and contractors into the IBEW, provide education and training for members (PAL training, COMET training, Code of Excellence training), conduct interviews, create and maintain a steady work environment for all members of Local 306, build rapport and trust with workers and contractors explaining the benefits of union membership and addressing their concerns, attend political events, communicate with members, help plan and attend social events for Local 306, public speaking, promote the electrical trade at local job fairs, collaborate with Organizers from many locals, help to uphold and maintain the standards of the IBEW to improve the lives of others

• Install, troubleshoot, and diagnose fire alarm systems (Siemens, Edwards, Simplex), install and troubleshoot services, install switch gears, transformers and distributions of many types, build duct banks, install bus duct, high voltage splicing, telecommunications, generators, pumps, water pumps, installing UPS systems and ATS switches and substation work, read prints, communicate with general contractors and customers, run a job site while maintaining OSHA regulations and company policies
• Projects include: Goodyear World Headquarters (Foreman), Kent State PARTA bus garage (Foreman), Kent State Tri Towers (Foreman), Kent State engineering building, Akron Children's Hospital Kay Jewelers Pavilion (Foreman), Akron Children's Hospital substation, Akron Children's Hospital general building, Akron Children's Hospital Considine Building (Foreman), The University of Akron Zook Hall (Foreman), Akron Children's Hospital Ronald McDonald House, Involta data research center (Akron & Independence), serviced multiple First Energy sites (out of state, service van Foreman), Westfield Insurance (Foreman)

• Install light fixtures, help build services, underground raceways, pull and terminate wire, run EMT, read prints
• Projects included: Summit County Jail, Embassy Suites Fairlawn

• Cut, thread, bend rigid, EMT and PVC pipe, build duct banks, help install services, pull and terminate wire, site lighting, install pole bases read prints
• Projects include: Akron City Hospital parking deck and cancer center, First Energy West Campus and Ravenna High School

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair 120/208 and 277/480 volt electrical systems, read prints. I spent most of my time running my own service van and servicing commercial buildings along with some new construction. I was in charge of running the Pat Catan's buildings and worked on Bed Bath and Beyond buildings as well as Love Truck Stop in Lodi.

• Install raceways above and underground, pull wire, cut thread and bend pipe, make terminations, work on 120/208 277/480 volt services, read prints
• Projects included: Medina High School, Highland High School and Stouffer's food plant
