- While the crew is logging the Hook Tender works on the next layout to continue around the unit.
- Makes sure production and high levels of safety are being implemented.

- Responsible for the whole operation aside from the supervisor
- Running, hiking, dragging steel cable and chokers on steep and dangerous hillsides
