I supervise a crew of 6 in a soy production plant, where we make textured soy products. I’m responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for all my employees by following LOTO procedures and following the company’s Life Critical Standards. Before I was a supervisor I started out as a production operator where I would put bags on the bagger system and sew them down the line. I also ran the extruders in the plant maintaining steam pressure, water rates, and flour flow rates to ensure product is being made to the correct standard.

• I was a machine operator for Atlantic Bottling Company
• I worked on a Mead making sure everything ran smooth and threw cases for the cans to go into
• Also operated a Depal made sure the cans got off the pallet and onto the conveyor belt safety.

• I worked in a warehouse where they used rotational molding and foaming machines for Yeti Coolers
• My job was to assemble Yeti Coolers, inspect all the parts before putting them onto the base of the coolers
• Cleaned up when shift was over.
