Dedicated and compassionate, with a proven track record in youth mentoring and leadership, honed through roles such as a church camp volunteer at Faith Explosion Kids Camp. Expert in verbal communication and relationship building, I have significantly contributed to growing young kids into great leaders and teammates and fostering a supportive community environment. My experience is underpinned by a strong foundation in team leadership and special needs experience. My special needs experience comes from my mom as she has been a special needs teacher for as long as I can remember. My leadership has always been a huge quality of mine that I try to cherish. From an early age my parents always pushed for me to be a great leader and be someone that people want to have in class or work with or play baseball or football with. I have many younger kids back home in Texas that I have taken the pride in mentoring through there young childhood and to help them be great students, teammates, and most importantly great people.
I work every summer for two weeks at a kids church camp on the Rec Team serving and mentoring younger kids while helping them have a good time and growing closer to God.
Anytime Mr and Mrs Martin were going on a date or had to go somewhere without the kids I would go watch their kids for them and take care of the house until they came back.
Anytime they were going on a trip or going to be out of town I would stay at there house and take care of their dog.
I was apart of organizations in high school called PALs and Athletes That Care. In Pals we went to the elementary school everyday and played with and mentored kids that may be in the special needs world or just need a friend. In Athletes That Care we volunteered at homeless sheltered events and provided backpacks for kids in need.
I have played baseball my entire life and now am playing it at the collegiate level from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
