Hard worker day in and day out. Always wanted to make sure my staff was in the best environment and felt comfortable at the work place. Making sure I set them up for success with enough staff and resources. Keeping up with the quota every week and making the board happy, and satisfied. Expanding business and giving excellent service to the customers who purchased our products. Always making sure that work is a stable and safe environment. Always trying to do anything to make the work day go smoothly.
When I work in the back of the house, I make sure that all the dishes and silverware are clean and ready for customer use. I also take care of waste management as well other side jobs such as food prep. When I work in the front with the customers, my duties entail all things required of a busser and/or host. My requirements are to have all the tables prepped for the next guests, ensure that customer's drinks are full, and seated at their tables. One of my biggest responsibilities is training the new employees that have applied to be dishwashers and making sure they are capable of fulfilling our standards. To date, I have trained five new employees.
