Accomplishments

  • Selected by the Squadron Commander to serve as the Distribution Platoon Leader. I ensured the execution of 26 ammunition LOGPACS during weapon ranges thereby increasing the Squadron's readiness by over 40%. My Distribution Platoon was the single supply point for 24 AH-64D aircraft ensuring fuel and ammo support are always on hand. My Distribution Platoon managed and accounted for over 21,000 rounds of 30mm, 1,700 rockets and over 22,000 gallons of fuel during two Aerial Gunneries.
  • During two National Training Center (NTC) rotations, I employed four AH-64s with attached RQ-7Bs in a complex, austere environment. During my tenure as an Air Mission Commander, I successfully employed Manned-Unmanned Teaming to devasting effect during force-on-force operations at NTC. During NTC 24-03,
  • I successfully employed six FARPS in support of the first out of friendly contact attack at the Neveda Test and Training Range. His team currently holds the NTC record for fastest employment of a FARP
  • Effectively developed new pilots while in Aerial Gunnery and Troop evaluations. I developed a validation exercise for ten new fuel supply specialist.
  • Led a team to be the fastest set up crew for Forward Arming and Resupply Point (FARP) in NTC history.
