As part of my role, I managed media and public relations, and marketing for the agency using technology, social media, and programs to achieve our goals. I led the design and implementation of social media strategies and content management for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Additionally, created a mobile application for community engagement and content sharing on the agency's new website. I was also responsible for purchasing audio/visual equipment and overseeing the related project. In addition, I managed a police volunteer program with 25 citizen members and received recognition for my outstanding performance, including a nomination for Specialized Officer of the Year.

Checked homes, businesses, and public roads for signs of trouble in assigned areas. Conducted initial investigations at major crime scenes.
