  • As an assistant at Panoramic Gardens, I would gather up all the work associates in the morning because we had two shifts, and 7 o’clock crew, an 8 o’clock crew. I would gather them when everyone was there and we will go over what we need to be doing for that day to make sure everyone is on the same page to have everyone productively working throughout the day. I was in charge of making sure everyone went to break on time doing the right task and also doing a task correctly. Some other things I did a Panoramic Gardens was changing pips that got cracked or broke. I changed out pumps that fed the rooms. Sometimes they would overheat or people would run the tanks dry and they would have to get recalibrated. I also sprayed for pest, but we have to wear proper ppe gear for that task, I also watered rooms. As I’m watering rooms, I will look for problems and tackle them to make sure they are fixed and no longer broke or making a mess. As a canopy manager, I would make sure all the canopies are properly prune, right and make sure everything is even. We would look for powdery, mildew bugs, and other problems that is affecting the plants. We have four rooms for flower. Each room had 4000 plants three tiers high, we use the scaffold to tackle the top level, for the middle level, we had a ladder in the bottom level we had stools, each bay had 60 plants in a wrong able to get to thirty of them at a time, there was for and 6 feet deep. The bay’s were 4 x 8 trays 5 full trays and the 6th tray was 4x4, there was 4 rows and stacked 3 high. We would harvest every two weeks. You would have to cut all the plants down and throw away the soil box. They were in within eight hours. We had half the team cut and the other half with the tie tag onto the plant with a hook so it could be hung for drying. The drying room was controlled with the AC and exhaust fan to make sure the cannabis is at its best potential.

  • As a flooring associate my job was to cut blinds for customers that are replacing their blinds in their house. I also guided people to do the best recommendations of laying down tile and carpet, I made sure my customers had the right tools for the job and didn’t have to come back to the store back-and-forth. I had the honor to run some shows to teach people that signed up how to lay tile in the shower and on there floor. I would also hide people around the store for what they’re looking for from hardwood to plumbing to electrical, I would load tile and lumber on to customers trails or the beds it there truck. While we were loading trailers and trucks, I had associate guide me for safety so customers around the store know that I was coming through with the big load and are safely out the way to make our trip successful that no one has her and the load is on right properly. I was certified on the manlift and a forklift.
