- Building trees, completing hookups, rigging up flowback equipment, rigging down flowback equipment, understanding the hazards and proper procedures to complete a flowback rig up and rig down, On call for short notice & emergency projects
- Installing sound barrier walls for residential completion locations, fitting pipe, flanges, pipe racks and valves
- Rig up - Getting completion pumps setup, natural gas hookup, fuel hookup, grease line hookup, installing restraints; Rig down - Disconnect and load all equipment to prepare for rig move
- Sending water to frac, running pump-down, controlling fluid levels on frac locations, rigging up water transfer equipment, rigging down water transfer equipment, communication with team members, assessing risks and hazards, controlling rpm's and bbl's of water sent and received, coordinating delivery of water to frac locations, Mechanical repairs on transfer pumps, flow meters & low pressure filtration pods, on call for short notice & emergency projects
- Greasing, painting and ROW work for pipeline and production leases
- Well watch, working on a 4 well pad at 9,000 PSI, adjusting chokes, changing chokes, operating wing valves, keeping the well in production, collecting data from sales, tank levels, flowline pressures and all wellhead and production data, calling for trucks when water need to be pulled, ensuring chemicals are delivered as needed based on consumption, monitoring SCADA for any changes in data and acknowledging any alarms and issues promptly, using Excel to input data, adjusting chokes and flow rate to clean out trash;
