Developed a process of how to efficiently optimize the network mapping for companies and streamlined their logistics to become more efficient and created cost savings. Currently am the project manager that has created and have started implementing a global optimized network map for all supply chain and logistic needs for a Fortune 100 company and will create over 10 million dollars in savings annually.
