As the superintendent on this site, I am in charge of multiple crews working simultaneously in both buildings. As well as weekly scheduling updates, manpower projections, and future manpower cost analyses. Aside from normal superintendent duties on this project, I was challenged with the task of also building the budget before the start of the project, as well as being involved with the monthly financial forecasts

• South Tryon Flats - Split level residential multi family
• 8.4 million dollar concrete package
• 40,000 SF of elevated deck parking garage
• 80,000 SF of parking garage Slab on Grade
• 84,000 SF of elevated podium
• Split level foundations divided by 14' center retaining wall.

As the main superintendent for this project I have been in charge of upwards of 40 men and have coordinated with other projects in order to fulfill manpower needs, owned all quantity takeoffs for concrete and misc. items, updated and maintained job schedule, updated budget with current costs and forecasted future costs in regards to labor and material, and have worked diligently with the general contractor to see how we can save more time on the schedule.

• Avery Hall- Multi-family/Mixed use
• 4.5 million dollar concrete package
• 30,000 SF of 30' high shoring podium
• 20,000 SF of 20' high shoring podium
• 40,000 SF of residential Slab on Grade.

I was in charge of upwards of 40 men at the height of the project. With a very tight schedule, we gained the General contractor around a month due to diligent work planning as well as daily coordination between all trades on site. As the main superintendent I was in charge of all manpower coordination, daily/weekly schedule updates, upholding budget as well as monthly forecasting, rebar/PT delivery coordination, and all safety aspects of our scope of work.

• In charge of scheduling for 2 crews consisting 30 men.
• Coordinated with, at any given time, around 15 active jobs of place and finish needs.
• Had constant interaction with job teams about their schedules in order to successfully fulfill their place and finish needs as well as keeping our finishers busy with work.
• Constantly visited jobsites to assist with logistics of how the pour should be executed and to give any insite on potential problems.
• Forecasted months in advance with all current/future job schedules to see manpower shifts in order to keep crews busy, or to see if we would need to hire more men in order to keep projects going a the pace they requested.
• Ran budget updates with how finisher crews performed for each pour on each job. Taking this data and using it for future bidding of jobs.

• Worked with footing crews, wall crews, and decking crews.
• Owned concrete take-offs and ordering of concrete.
• Owned QC role with rebar inspections and shoring inspections.
• Owned all operations with embeds for a 8 story cast in place parking garage. Layed out locations and installed all embeds. With over 200 embeds for level for structural steel, curtain walls, precast, etc.
• Owned all formwork processes from ordering of material, load-in and load-out, and all formwork cycling for each pour.
