Stay Safe App Development – Contributed to the UX/UI  design and development of Stay Safe, an app providing real-time crime data to enhance situational awareness. 

• User Experience (UX) Focus – Applied UX principles to create an intuitive interface for accessing crime reports efficiently.
• Usability Engineering – Conducted research and testing to refine the app's usability and improve user interactions.
• Research & Methodology – Followed a structured three-phase research process, documenting methods and findings for each stage.
• Functional Prototype Development – Designed and built a working prototype, which was tested with users for feedback.
• Collaboration – Worked in a team environment alongside a team of software developers to share ideas, refine features and enhance user experience.

Community Report - Developed Community Report app in Flutter/Dart, an app where users can submit and view reports posted by themselves and other users on a live map, as well as being able to access their own history of reports they've made.

• Backend Support - Implemented Firebase to handle user authentication/login, storing and retrieving report info, as well as data that persists across devices.
• Google Maps Integration - Integrated Google Maps API for the main app page, enabling users to track their location, display the marked location of reports live, and providing interactivity with markers to see report information.
• Cross-Platform Support - Application was built with Flutter/Dart, so it has the capability to run on Web as well with some tweaking.
• Navigation - Simple and easy to understand navigation with clear buttons and labeling, such as 3 pages on the bottom of the screen (Home, Report History, Profile), as well as requiring long-press on the map to create a report to prevent frustrations when scrolling.
• UX Design Philosophy - Kept UX principles in mind when developing, to ensure the user experience is smooth and easy to use, aiming to minimize any frustrations.
