When football season is not in session I love bodybuilding, focusing on my body's looks and overall health, learning about different muscle groups, and technique to maximize hypertrophy. I am dedicated to both physical and mental discipline. My routine involves strength training five to six days a week, where I focus on progressive overload to increase muscle mass and build overall strength. I follow a structured workout split, targeting different muscle groups each day, such as chest and triceps, back and biceps, and legs. Nutrition plays a crucial role in my progress, so I carefully plan my meals to include the right balance of protein, carbohydrates, and fats to fuel my workouts and recovery. Additionally, I prioritize proper form and technique to prevent injury and maximize results, while also incorporating rest days and active recovery to ensure muscle repair. Bodybuilding has taught me perseverance, goal-setting, and the importance of consistency, both in the gym and in my everyday life.
