  • Developed and consistently delivered on the technical roadmap for half a dozen value streams, while continuously helping to both reduce technical debt and increase velocity
  • Hired, trained and mentored Planview's first Platform Engineering team from the ground up, including being responsible for organizing and staffing our global teams, particularly in Banagalore
  • Managed a globally distributed team of people leaders responsible for roughly two dozen individual contributors across numerous product lines
  • Worked across multiple teams, from Product Management to Cloud Operations to Finance and Sales to identify and prioritize work across numerous value streams, all with an eye towards standardization and platform-focused engineering
  • Led the teams that architected and owned all infrastructure, build and release pipelines, and self-service tooling across all of my organization's product lines
