Working for First Tee, being a Junior Coach I have been skilled in task delegation and motivational techniques. Committed to fostering team empathy and effective communication to enhance team dynamics and performance. I have also done programs like the PGA Leadership Program that have taught me how to be a better leader but also how to be a better team member as well. I have also done other programs that are similar to the Leadership Program, like a CIT program that I did over the summer where I learned how to be a camp counselor, and another program I did with Accenture was to come up with an idea that will help a community that you belong to.
