Laid 6 inch pipe in the ground, we would usually be in a 6 foot ditch.
Used hand tools very often, at least every day.
Use team work to get the job done efficiently, handing the person in the ditch tools, pointing out little mistakes, taking turns in the ditch.
Concrete work, after the pipe was put down we would pour concrete over it that way it was stable in the ground.
Blacktop work, sometimes we would cut up a road and dig into the ground and put pipe in, so after putting the pipe in and doing concrete we would than have to black top it because of being on a road.
Lifting over 50+ lbs, working construction we would have to carry large and heavy objects, like bags of concrete, big pieces of plywood, carrying the pipes to the ditch, and a lot more.
Driving with a trailer, each of our jobs required a lot of supplies and not all of it would fit in the bed of the truck so a lot of times we would have to put some of it on a trailer and strap it down.

Relevant Experience
I have had two arm surgeries on my left arm and use to do lots of physical therapy to recover.
I have been trained by a trainer who taught me specific movements to help the body be more flexible.
I did lots of my own physical therapy work at home, would come up with things that help my body recover faster than just ordinary stretches.
Have been involved with physical training for over 8+ years.
