• Served as a Step-up Shift Manager for two of the four years at this facility, managing shift maintenance.

• Troubleshoot complex hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and electrical components.

• Maintain and repair conveyor systems to ensure continuous production reliability.

• Utilize SAP (CMMS) for tracking work orders, parts, and equipment history.

• Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and safety compliance, including lockout/tagout and tryout procedures.

Handle all wholesale sales, including finances and inventory.

Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete units or sub-units, following blueprints and layout specifications, and using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools.

• Lay out and examine metal stock or workpieces to be processed to ensure that specifications are met.

• Direct or coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, or testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements.

• Record repairs required, parts used, and labor time.

• Reassemble repaired electric motors to specified requirements and ratings, using hand tools and electrical meters.

• Rewire electrical systems, and repair or replace electrical control boards/relays.
