BSA Eagle Scout, April 2024

I was awarded the top Boy Scout rank of Eagle Scout for the project I led and completed for the non-profit group Friends of Webster Trails. My team of 20 volunteers, ranging in age from 14 to 60, built and installed five six-foot benches and two tables along the Hojack Trial in Webster, N.Y.  Friends of Webster Trails provided the financial funding for the project.  As the project leader, I had to meet with the organization's leaders to approve the plans for the project, secure funding, and report the progress of the project.  I also had to secure an equipment donation from Altra Equipment Rental & Supply of Ontario, N.Y. for a handheld auger.
