Manage over 600+ pharmacies and health food stores:
- Sell them as much product as possible
- Develop a good relationship with the customer to ensure repeat business
- Track which items they have and don't have in order to replenish their stock and get a sale whenever the item becomes available
- Make sure customers are reimbursed if there is any issue with the delivery or quality of the product
- Get back to customers as quickly as possible via email, phone and setting up appointments to make sure they are accounted for

- Make sure the customer has the product in the right location of the store and is priced correctly

- Talk through different deals, selling points and specials a store can use to help them sell the product
Sell to new stores that don't carry our product
- Take control of the conversation by asking questions, actively listen and try to use this information later to help get a sale by the end of the conversation
- Build value into the product to show them how much it can benefit both them and their customers. The goal is to show them that they need the product before talking about price
- Close the deal and sell them as much product as possible. If they are still on the fence, ask more questions, actively listen, and try to close the deal again.
