Creative Director / Founder
• Creative Direction:
Develop and execute the brand’s overarching creative vision, ensuring alignment with Hutson’s aesthetic and own inspiration.
• Product Development:
Collaborate with manufacturers to select fabrics, create prototypes, and oversee production processes, including screen printing, embroidery, and finishing details.
• Inventory & Fulfillment:
Manage all aspects of inventory control, packaging design, shipping logistics, and order fulfillment to maintain a seamless customer experience.
• Campaign Production:
Plan, direct, and execute all photo and video shoots for marketing campaigns, including concept development, styling, and on-set direction.
• Talent Sourcing & Management: Identify, recruit, and manage models and creative collaborators for creative campaigns, photoshoots, events.
• Partnerships & Collaborations:
Build and nurture relationships with venues, collaborators, and influencers; pitch proposals and secure partnerships that align with brand values and direction.
• Social Media & Marketing:
Strategize, create, and manage content across all social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Trend Forecasting:
Research and anticipate upcoming fashion trends to inform product development and brand positioning.
• Event Planning & Operations:
Organize and oversee all brand events, from concept to execution, including pop-ups, launches, and retail experiences with POS integration.
• Financial Oversight:
Manage budgeting, financial planning, and investment strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
• Customer Experience:
Cultivate a customer-first approach by analyzing feedback and refining product offerings to enhance satisfaction.
