• About the Role
  Auditmacs is seeking ITAM Technical Support Specialists to join our IT Asset Management team at our centrally located Jacksonville facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or grow their career in IT support and asset lifecycle management. You'll gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level hardware and software deployments, device lifecycle workflows, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Key Responsibilities
  -Configure and stage devices according to standardized deployment procedures
  -Executed shipping and receiving tasks for incoming and outgoing IT assets, maintaining operational flow
  -Maintain inventory accuracy and control using asset tracking tools
