Assists crew in all aspects of overhead and underground distribution powerline construction. Assists in the construction of new powerline equipment and the maintenance of old equipment. General troubleshooting of outages and issues with energized line and equipment.

Working as the lead lineman on a distribution pole changeout crew contracting for AEP Texas. This contract includes doing wild fire mitigation maintenance and pole changeouts.

Assisted the crew in all aspects of energized and de-energized distribution construction. This includes hot work procedures, operation of wire pulling equipment, aerial maintenance and construction, and using various tools to complete tasks.

Assists journeyman lineman in all aspects of energized distribution construction, maintenance, and repair. Shown ability to set poles and anchors, string overhead wire, cover up and work on energized lines, install and troubleshoot transformers switches and other line equipment, and work on reconductoring jobs.

Assists journeyman lineman in all aspects of transmission line, de-energized distribution, and substation work. Performs aspects of new build which include the ability to climb poles, operate tools and equipment used for task, dig holes, set poles, operate bucket & digger truck, & string wire for new construction.
