Cole Voss

May 2021-Spetember 2021: I was the head coach of one team and an assistant on another during my time. I coached younger age groups (13/14 year olds), and the main thing with them was to develop and prepare for what was next. With 14's this meant getting ready for their transition into high school as baseball players but also as people. With the 13's development was the biggest thing, we really wanted them to see improvements and get to believe in themselves for when they move to the next level. I also tried to be a great role model for them, and showing them that the more work you put in, you will get more out of it.

May 2022-August 2022: I was an assistant coach for a 15u team during the 2022 summer. I got to travel across the country and enjoy the game I love. It was a blast coaching older kids because they already understand the basics of the game, so all they need is fine tuning. I loved being able to help this group of young men prepare themselves not only for what lies ahead in their baseball career but also for what lies ahead in the rest of their life.
