As a Construction Inspector, I go to a variety of jobsites and each project will have specific duties I am responsible for. I observe and monitor different aspects and phases of each project. Some of my daily duties are testing construction materials, site inspections, writing reports, working with and communicating with General Contractors, Clients, Engineers, Project managers, and others related to the project. I have experience on various types of projects including Commercial, Industrial, Roadways, Schools, Airports, and Residential, and many other types of projects. I have testing and inspection experience in many phases of these projects including Earthworks, Concrete, Asphalt, Masonry,, Utilities, Stormwater, Fireproofing, Floor flatness testing, and other construction phases and trades.

Duties and responsibilities included, monitoring daily construction activities on various construction projects, performing construction inspections and materials testing, working with contractors, clients, engineers on daily construction issues, including recommendations, consulting, and documentation. Attending jobsite meetings including project schedules, daily construction issues, deficiencies, and weekly goals. Daily reports were written and submitted to the contractors and clients as required. Construction materials testing of Asphalt, Concrete, Soils, Masonry, and other aspects of the project were performed as required and needed. i have been the Senior Inspector on a variety of types of projects including: Residential, Commercial, Schools, Roadways, Airports and military bases just to name a few. Im proficient in jobsite specifications, plans, and researching contract documents.
