• Gathering information, identifying and implementing resolution, planning follow-up and logging and filing incident report to successfully manage complaints.

• Operate cash register to record all transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Learn Checkout Manager positions and provide backup at key times.
• Provided expertise on products, including demonstrating features, answering questions, and redirecting objections to highlight positive aspects.
