  • Financial Modeling: Analyzed and created various financial models through Excel to determine the cash flows and net present value. The models analyzed in class included the Fama-French, Discounted Cash Flows, Portfolio Evaluation, and Breakeven Analysis.
  • Econometrics: Worked on a thesis paper that studied the impact of a college football team’s success on the local real estate market. Gathered data from realtor.com and espn.com and put in the data in the coding program known as RStudio to help us determine our findings. Presented our findings to students and professors in the Economics department.
  • Greensview Capital Investment Club: Represented the energy sector in our presentation to Greensview Capital as to why we should invest in the company, Valero. Participated in weekly meetings where members of my group and provided insight to other sectors by listening to their presentations.
