  • Pillowblock: Start of Drivetrain; where the bearing is installed to a house which is eventually locked down to the bedplate.
  • Mainshaft: Skillful process where a pillowblock is then installed on to the mainshaft. Brush kits and ALC's are also installed.
  • D1: Various gearbox's are flown up and onto the DT and are prepped for the stab of the mainshaft.
  • D2: "Push-in" is completed which securely holds the shaft inside of the gearbox via the shrink element.
  • D3: Brake disc, brake caliper and HPU are installed along with CBM ready to be wired.
  • D4: Cooler and Rotor locks are installed and ready to be wired by the next station
  • D5: All previous components are wired into the junction box and will be tested on the MachineHead Line.
  • D6: Shrouds are installed to cover certain components for protection. Along with the ladder with helps field tech getting in and out of the Nacelle.
