• Performed property due diligence and created business plans by touring properties and markets, reviewing lease and sale comps, assessing third party reports (physical property condition, title and survey, zoning, and environmental), and assisted in transaction closing.

• • Lead analyst for multifamily and office JV equity raise in 5 transactions for approximately $75MM. Participated in capital raise by underwriting assets, creating offering memo and business plan, marketing to capital providers, and negotiated term sheet and joint venture documents.
• • Led due diligence process for all third-party reports (Appraisal, Environmental, Engineering, Zoning, and Green Reporting).
• • Originated and closed 25 multifamily agency loans with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac by submitting and reviewing loan models, narratives, cap ex budgets, borrowers’ budgets, and all credit materials.
• • Led marketing process to source equity and debt for 30 real estate transactions by creating Investment Memos and pitching potential opportunities to investors.
• Maintained professional relationships with loan producers, brokers, appraisers, third party vendors, and investment sales brokers.
