Throughout my career I have trained to be efficient, focused, task oriented and devoted in fixing and repairing any problem that may occur. I have learned what makes a good leader is not knowing everything but having the right group of people to manage any task big or small. I have learned how to schedule work, and what task is right for each person. I have learned when leading employees with a calm and level mind you receive more truthful, honest, and dedicated employees than you do from having a temper and anger, after all no one is perfect. I have found showing appreciation for someone’s hard work rewards you with employees who do jobs to the best of their ability because they feel appreciated.
Throughout my career I have found two absolute truths.
1. It is better to own up to mistakes and create a solution rather than lie and spend time hiding your mistake.
2. A good work ethic translates into every aspect of life.
