  • Manage multiple federal accounts, and I am involved in the sales process from start to finish. This consists of prospecting potential new customers, creating pipeline, and closing deals.
  • Experience with DoD and IC customers.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and leverage these relationships in creating new opportunities or renewal/upsell opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities within accounts. Use market research to establish POC's in area of interest then get connected with stakeholder/gatekeeper
  • Reach out to multiple POCs to gather information on a daily basis.
  • Research market trends, budgets, initiatives, etc. In relation to the target program/agency on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals for federal customers and partners.

  • Experience with giving presentations in person to internal teams, management, partners, and customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the market share of federal accounts.
