Supported phase 3 flight testing of Boeing's T7-A as part of an integrated Boeing-USAF test team at EDW Air Force Base, CA. Phase 3 testing comprised of Flutter, Loads, HiAoA, Mission Systems, and Subsystems testing.

• Worked closely with systems engineers, test teams, and program leadership to plan and execute ground and flight test activities.
• Ensured all tests are conducted effectively to validate performance and compliance with contract requirements.
• Participated in all phases of testing, including plan writing & coordination, USAF Safety Review Board (SRB) meetings, USAF Test Review Board (TRB) meetings, test planning, Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), control room prep, ground and flight test execution, test report writing.
• Created flight test cards, define test objectives, and determine instrumentation needs to enhance safety and efficiency during testing.
• Developed and traced test points based on requirements

Contributed to Boeing St. Louis' T7-A program as an emerging Test Conductor, gaining hands-on experience in control room operations, test planning, and execution. Actively participated in ground and flight test activities while undergoing training to become a certified Test Conductor.

• Completed a Boeing-led Test Conductor training program, where participants developed test plans and aircraft maneuvers based on simulated requirements. Worked in teams to create test points and test cards aligned with the test objectives. Gained hands-on experience by conducting in-aircraft testing aboard a Boeing-modified Cessna Caravan test-bed aircraft.
• Participated in Control room test activities
• Coordinated and executed ground testing, including: Structural Mode Interaction (SMI), Freeplay and Rigidity, Electrical Magnetic Interference (EMI), Software Regression, and engine run activities.
• Assisted in writing test plans for various ground tests.
• Executed F-15 EX tests as test conductor.

Boeing Lab Test Program Integrators (TPI) manage the coordination of test planning and performance tracking between internal/external test laboratories and T7-A discipline engineers to ensure alignment with the T7-A program's requirements.

• Provided strategic recommendations for Boeing Lab Test & Evaluation (BT&E) projects for the T7-A program.
• Collaborated with internal and external test laboratories to coordinate testing efforts and ensure alignment with program requirements.
• Created test estimates in collaboration with internal and external test laboratories for a variety of testing efforts.
• Utilized financial management tools to monitor labor and non-labor costs, ensuring compliance with contract requirements for labor tracking.
• Applied Earned Value Management (EVM) practices to monitor and track the impact of individual test's performance on the program’s schedule and budget.
• Led test projects through Boeing's Engineering Review Board (ERB) and Change Control Board (CCB) meetings to secure planning and funding approvals.
• Received several awards for outstanding test planning contributions and efforts.

Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E)'s Environmental Dynamics Lab is responsible for the vibration and shock testing of various program's systems and air vehicles.

• Managed a Shaker Table lab responsible for testing Boeing weapon vehicles and systems to ensure compliance with specification requirements.
• Conducted Ground Vibration Testing (GVT) on full-scale aircraft and air vehicles.
• Served as the dedicated Freeplay and Rigidity Test Engineer for testing the T-7A and MQ-25 programs.
• Participated in vibration tap testing for various weapon programs.
• Collected, analyzed, and interpreted test data to draw actionable conclusions.
• Developed test plans and safety mitigation strategies for multiple test efforts.
