Summary

The Fridley Police Department has become a home for me. Since becoming an Officer of the Fridley Police Department, I have had the pleasure of being involved in many aspects within department. Fridley PD is a place I enjoy coming to work at everyday. I work hard patrolling our streets, keeping moral high, and keeping our community safe. I come to work and handle my 911 calls as priority and arrest bad guys as a second priority. Proactive policing is my favorite way to police and my arrest numbers will show that. I am a good partner to my partners, and try to be a good mentor/role model to the new people coming on. Becoming a K9 handler is something I have worked towards for my entire career. I have a few hundred documented volunteer hours of K9 training. The K9 training that I have been involved in includes; on duty and off duty. I've attended multiple designated K9 training days as a decoy, and I've spent a large amount of time working as a decoy, or running a van dogs at Mac McDonough's K9 class. I have attended the USPCA trials as a decoy, and I am an active member of the USPCA as a decoy.
