My name is Colleen Boland and I'm a Registered Behavior Technician in the Northern Virginia area.


I currently work full-time for Imagine That Therapy in Alexandria, Virginia. I began my career in ABA about 4 years ago and have fallen in love with the field. Getting to do this important work everyday is something that motivates me to show up and be the best I can be- it's been unbelievably fulfilling in my life. I truly enjoy the work I do and it's incredible to see the limitless potential of these amazing kids.


On top of my ABA experience, I also have 10+ years experience working in Customer Service and can confidently say that my people skills, work ethic and overall professionalism would be an asset to any company.
