Respond to inquiries from the general public regarding transit route and schedule information, general transit policies, practices and procedures, transit fares, special events, attractions and other related matters. Explain rules, procedures and policy.


Support department and agency-level customer information projects to make sure the voice of the customer is integrated into project plans. Lead individual project and sub-project tasks to ensure goals and objectives are met. Perform in-person engagement by providing transit information to customers in the field, targeting high-impact areas. Assist in data quality and support department proofing and data analysis projects.


In addition I've served on the department equity committee, I have coached new employees in the Transit Information Center, I work in event ticket booths, and I am on the Department Employee Education & Development committee.

Program Coordinator/Tour Leader

Program Coordinator: Coordinate details of vacations (air itineraries, hotels, rental vehicles, activities), process travel documents, produce tour budgets, file reports, communicate with service vendors and customers.


Tour Leader: Supervise tour participants and staff (this number varied so I didn't enter a number in the above question), assure the group follows the itinerary, make purchases to remain within the budget, make decisions when emergencies arise. Responsible for overseeing the cares of of all customers on the tour including administering medications, assisting with money, and helping with their activities of daily living.


Office Manager: Being the only staff in the local office, I processed all incoming and outgoing mail, performed banking transactions, recorded and maintained inventory of office supplies, and was responsible for general upkeep and maintenance of the office itself.

Dietary Manager

Performed all duties necessary in the dietary department of a skilled nursing facility including but not limited to preparing meals, cleaning, hiring/training/coaching/scheduling/firing department staff, keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies, creating care plans for residents, monitoring the dietary needs of residents, attending department head meetings.


Implemented a program to supply meals for the neighboring hospital and Meals on Wheels.


Participated in the employee recognition and rewards committee.


Completed the CNA course while employeed here so I could help out on the floor with personal cares of the residents. This work was done part time, as needed.
