  • Created Repayment Agreement - If/When a driver owes the company money (loans/cleanliness policy violation/preventable to reimburse company.
  • Created and Implemented Online Orientation- In two different parts (reading/signing and dating and then videos followed by a short quiz after each one). Made it easier to bring on drivers no matter where they're homestead may be.
  • Application Statistics- Created and report on all incoming apps: source, quality, and difficulty
  • Fleet Manager Talking Points- Created a guideline for Fleet MAnagers to introduce them into the company while giving them the important take aways where a driver first comes onboard.
  • Cost Per Hire- Consistently lowered our CPH for the last 3 years.
  • Created Multiple Pay Comparisons- To ensure that the company is continuing to stay within the market pay conditions so we remain competitive
  • Created the Safety & Cleanliness Policy- This was to ensure all of our company drivers are being safe and Clean/professional while on the road.
  • Marketing- Created multiple marketing tools: Thank you cards, Birthday notes, rehire postcards, and all driver brochures for driver events.
  • Driver Appreciation- Responsible for ordering and/all driver SWAG and planning all driver events at every location.

  • Quarterly Reporting- Every quarter I provide multiple decks/slides in PowerPoint to show growth/retention/turnover and application stats.
  • Created Facilitator Checklist- to ensure that all admins provide correct paperwork and items to newly onboarded drivers.
  • Created a HOW TO guide for our drivers- Created SOP on how to download certain tracking apps to all of the drivers' iPhone and Androids. Also showed drivers how to not be tracked when not using the apps.
  • Created the recruiting bonus structure- To better incentivize our recruiters while adding measures to ensure a longer tenure of drivers.
  • Created Open Door Policy- For all drivers that might have issues with Operations and/or Safety. Making sure they're heard without naming them specifically.
  • Created and continuously track turnover- Every quarter I provide all of our turnover for the company, fleet drivers, and Owners. Also provided turnover fleet by fleet.
  • Drivers- Also responsible for the bulk of all recruiting for the department: Company (local and OTR), Fleet Drivers (filling empty Fleet Owner trucks), and Owners.
  • AD HOC- created and still using this excel spreadsheet to show potential Owners how much they can gross/net per week (based on miles, fuel, expenses, and driver pay)
