Executive Office of Health and Human Services, Commonwealth of Massachusetts (October 2019 – June 2025)

• Independent Assessor of Massachusetts 1115 ACO demonstration program.
• Assessed progress and compliance with requirements for each of the program’s participating entities, 17 ACOs and 27 Community Partners.
• Produced statewide and organizational level midpoint assessment reports.

CalOptima (October 2017 – December 2021)

• Assessed CalOptima’s options for Health Home service delivery design under the California Department of Health Care Services’ program requirements
• Assessed readiness of CalOptima’s health networks and readiness of the community service organizations for the CalAIM initiative.

New York State Department of Health (June 2016 – June 2020)

• Lead the Account Support Team that provided technical assistance to the health care organizations participating in the state’s Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Program.
• Provided administrative support in areas including policy development, CMS negotiations and vendor management.
