Bundles of Joy
During my hours of volunteering at Bundles of Joy, I would collect donated items and create care packages for struggling families. I also worked at the storefront front desk.
School of the Holy Child Bundles of Joy Club
Our club would meet once a week to make blankets for the Bundles of Joy Organization. We also organized and hosted multiple clothing drives. These drives would collect clothes for children up to 7 years old. The clothes would then be sent straight to the Bronxville Bundles of Joy storefront.
School of the Holy Child Feeding America Club
Throughout the school year, I helped the club leaders organize multiple food drives for the Mamaroneck Community Resource Center. We counted and sorted all of the donated items, and then we packed them in boxes and sent them off to the Resource Center.
Varsity Cross Country
I meet with my team every day after school (September-November) for two hours of training. Practices usually consist of long distance running, workouts, and stretching. We have about 6 meets per season.
JV Lacrosse
The team meets for practice every day after school (March-May) for two hours, and we had about 10 games throughout the season.
St. Joseph's Parish Youth Ministry
The group meets monthly to create meal packages for HOPE Soup Kitchen in New Rochelle, NY. We also prepare for our annual Midnight Run in New York City.
School of the Holy Child Cross Country Social Media Manager
I was put in charge of creating Instagram posts and Story Highlights for the Holy Child Running Program.
